Duties:
- Computer literate
- Maintain and organize patient reports and authorizations
- Following up with authorizations previously submitted to insurance
- Insurance verification
- Provide excellent customer service to patients parents / insurance companies & doctors offices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly and knowledgeable when answering the phone, taking messages and relaying messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Skilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, fax machine
- Team-based approach, and willingness to help other departments as needed
- Must be able to work till 8:00 PM
- Monday-Thursday & rotating schedule for Friday
- Must enjoy working with children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
