Job Summary

This role involves designing engaging lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards, while also incorporating play-based learning techniques.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Oversee daycare activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Educate children on basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes through interactive methods.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. but will train .
- Familiarity with lesson planning, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education standards is highly desirable.
