Little Learners Child Care Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Pre-K Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC guidelines.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain accurate classroom documentation and observations.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team.
Qualifications:
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher qualifications for Preschool.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, professional, and dependable.
- A genuine love for working with young children.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
