What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teacher position at Little Lane Daycare?
Little Lane Preschool & Daycare is looking for a dependable, caring, and hardworking childcare teacher to join our team!
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working four 10-hour days, from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. The scheduled day off during the week may vary based on staffing needs. No weekends!
We are a small childcare program and care a lot about finding someone who is the right fit for both our children and our team. Childcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What we’re looking for:
Dependable and punctual
Patient, kind, and comfortable working with young children
Able to actively supervise and engage with children throughout the day
Willing to help with classroom cleaning and daily childcare responsibilities
Able to communicate well with coworkers and families
Someone who takes initiative and works well as part of a team

Pay: $12-$14 per hour depending on experience and credentials (if any)
