Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approaches
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals
- Provide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
- Provides SLPA supervision and signs off on required documentation
- Active and unrestricted California Speech-Language Patholoy licenses
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Passionate about working with children and families
