Job description
As the Lead Teacher for our 4-year-old Preschool, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing, stimulating, Christian learning environment. Reporting to the Preschool Director, you will utilize your core skills in classroom management and early childhood education to guide and support young learners. Your expertise in curriculum development and behavior sills will facilitate effective collaboration with parents and staff. Join us in shaping the future of our children through engaging and meaningful educational experiences.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with Special Education Endorsement
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students and parents
• Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood development principles
• experience with behavior management and special education strategies
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
Responsibilities, but not limited to
• Provide a quality program for 4-year-olds
• Implement researched based curriculum with fidelity - Creative Curriculum
• Implement One In Christ lessons for Jesus Time
• Create lessons to reach Creative Curriculum goals
• Work with children to enhance social skills
• Collect data for assessments
• Report outcomes to the state preschool board
• Keep classroom safe and clean
• Assist in changing Centers every 2-3 weeks
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
