Role Overview

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, inventory is properly received and organized, and our stockroom and fulfillment operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily fulfillment and inventory operations, including:

• Picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving, unpacking, organizing, and storing incoming inventory.
• Checking shipments against packing slips and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom and fulfillment workspace.
• Restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
• Assisting with regular inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Identifying and communicating inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and low-stock items.
• Preparing inventory for transfers between locations as needed.
• Processing returns and exchanges as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Supporting other operational tasks and projects as needed.
• Embodying and promoting Little King’s values and mission through all aspects of the role.

• Is self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take initiative.
• Has experience in a similar or related role. (Bonus: Experience in fulfillment, inventory, ecommerce, retail, or warehouse operations.)
• Is comfortable lifting and moving boxes and packages as part of the role.

Salary: Starting at $18 an hour
