Responsibilities
- Step into classrooms promptly to provide continuity of instruction when regular teachers are absent

- Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and creating a safe, nurturing environment
- Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans, especially in special education or early intervention contexts
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Ensure adherence to childcare regulations, health and safety protocols, and classroom routines
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred

- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education
