Responsibilities
Assist serving staff with greeting tables, bringing drinks, table cleanlijess and maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist servers with food handling, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
- Support the restaurant team by bussing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, approachable, and responsive to guest requests or concerns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
