Job Summary
The Education Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of our institution. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and services.
• Oversee budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of resources for educational initiatives.
• Lead and manage faculty and staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to align educational objectives with institutional priorities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in education administration.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between the education department and other university divisions to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and management within an educational setting.
• Strong background in education administration with a focus on leadership roles.
• BA/MA in Education
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Teaching experience is preferred, showcasing a commitment to student success and academic excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
