Job Summary
As a Pre-K District Program Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for assisting a group teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development and education of young children. You will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our future generation.
Duties
- Assist the Group Leader in developing and implementing an age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Educate children through a variety of activities and play to enhance their learning experience
- Manage a classroom of preschool-aged children with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's developmental needs are met
Experience
- 3 years experience working with preschool-aged students
- Proficiency in curriculum development for early childhood education
- Familiarity with Pre-K setting
- Strong background in childcare or related field
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities and backgrounds

Pay: $16.00 - $18.20 per hour
