Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including program delivery, staff management, and student engagement
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high-performing team
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and educational institutions

Experience
