Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, providing a safe and engaging environment for their growth and development. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children through play, teaching, and effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and any concerns.
- Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among children.
Skills
- First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all children in care.
- Experience working with people with disabilities is a valuable asset.
- Strong background in toddler care, infant care, and early childhood education is essential.
- Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers or preschools is highly desirable.
- Skills in teaching basic concepts through fun activities are important for child engagement.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles to support age-appropriate growth milestones.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment.
- Must have completed course EDU119 and received the NCECC certification
