About The Opportunity

Joining our Management Pipeline means you’ll be first in line for upcoming leadership roles as we open new creches throughout 2026. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills, gain management experience, and be supported by a dedicated HR and Operations team every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Experience in a supervisory, leadership, or senior educator role
• Excellent understanding of childcare regulations, Aistear & Síolta
• Strong communication and people management skills
• A genuine passion for early years education and team development
