As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the educational journey of young learners. What you’ll do
- Assist teachers with infant and toddlers diaper changing and bottle feedings.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Maintain child tracking sheet
Experience
- A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred, showcasing your understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience working with children in various settings, such as daycare, private schools, or Montessori environments.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, parents, and staff members.
