About This Position: Beer and Wine Bartender

FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Beer and Wine Bartender to provide exceptional service at our bar. This role involves serving a selection of beers and wines to customers, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Beer and Wine Bartender will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience by offering quality beverages and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve beer and wine to customers in compliance with state and local regulations
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer and wine selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS system operation
• Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Availability:

This position requires the flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Knowledge of beer and wine varieties and brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age and adhere to alcohol service regulations
