About This Position
FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Bakery Team Member to join our dynamic bakery team. This role involves preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering exceptional baked products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate various bakery items
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their bakery needs
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of products to maintain freshness
• Assist with merchandising and display of bakery items
• Adhere to all safety and food handling guidelines

Availability:
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Focus on Fresh
• Proven experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
