Assistant Teachers/Floaters

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Manage daily routines and ensure smooth classroom operations
- Assist on planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities (weekly/monthly)
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and classroom documentation
- Assist with opening or closing the center as needed
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities
- Support center operations by completing additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be able to complete all state-required background checks and clearances
- Relevant experience and/or education in early childhood education preferred
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with parents, staff, and management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
