Position Overview
The Customer Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in connecting pricing strategy, promotions, and loyalty initiatives across our retail network. Working alongside the Pricebook Manager and Corporate Analyst, this position supports accurate and competitive pricing, helps execute loyalty programs and promotions, and provides data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and store performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Pricebook Manager in maintaining accurate retail pricing, item setup, and cost updates across all store locations.
· Support development, implementation, and tracking of promotional campaigns and loyalty program initiatives.
· Work with the Corporate Analyst to analyze sales trends, margin performance, and promotional effectiveness.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency within the pricebook and loyalty systems.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal departments on product launches, discounts, and promotional events.
· Generate and distribute reports related to pricing, promotions, and customer engagement metrics.
· Provide general administrative and operational support as needed to ensure smooth execution of corporate programs.
· Perform light physical duties such as organizing promotional materials, signage, or product samples as required.
Qualifications
· Strong math and analytical skills with an ability to interpret pricing, cost, and margin data.
· Prior experience in retail, convenience store operations, or pricebook management preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to store locations. Light physical duties such as lifting small boxes or promotional materials may be required.
