Little Gems is a secondhand children’s shop and creative community space focused on sustainability and running intentional creative & fundraising events. We are seeking a store associate interested in gaining hands on experience in entrepreneurship, sustainable fashion, community engagement, non profit collaboration and digital content creation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the owner while also working alongside a dynamic network of women entrepreneurs, creatives, and local business owners.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with in-store operations and customer experience
• Supporting community events, workshops, and pop-ups
• Contributing to digital content creation (social media, storytelling, brand voice)
• Helping with visual merchandising and product curation
• Engaging with local business owners and creative partners
