Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 total ($2,500.00 paid after 6 months of employment, and $2,500.00 paid after 1 year)
- Paid Holidays: Eligible after 3 months of employment
- Paid Vacation: Eligible after 1 year of employment
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of active experience as a Director in a North Carolina-licensed child care facility.
- Core Skills: Exceptional people skills and a strong, practical understanding of children.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
