- As a Deck Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping to manage the lesson quality and safety during lesson times
- Measure student success by tracking skills live on an Ipad
- Deliver an engaging team meeting at the beginning of each lesson shift for all instructors
- Educate our families on our Little Flippers curriculum during each lobby announcement
Little Flippers is a learn-to-swim school that aims to teach water safety throughout our swim lessons.

We are primarily looking for part-time swim instructors with the potential of full-time hours and some office work as well. Don't worry, prior experience in aquatics is not required! We offer a great, paid on-site training program that teaches everything you'll need to know about being an instructor.
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. Salary : $16 - $20
