Help Little Fish Swimming teach the life-saving skill of swimming to our local community!
We're looking for compassionate, energetic, and motivated individuals to join the Little Fish Swimming team as year-round Swim Coaches at our Fredericksburg, Stafford, and New Post locations.
As a Swim Coach, you'll teach life-saving swim skills, promote water safety, and help swimmers of all ages build confidence in and around the water. Every lesson is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's life.
Previous swimming, coaching, or teaching experience is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure you have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to succeed.
