Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site 1099 role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Taylor, TX, with afternoon availability required. This position is ideal for someone who is excited to help grow the clinic while providing thoughtful, high-quality care. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication differences in children; develop individualized therapy plans; collaborate closely with families and caregivers; and maintain clear, accurate documentation. The role calls for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility, and who is deeply aligned with creating an inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming environment that supports each child’s unique strengths.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech and Language Disorders, Communication Disorders, and related treatments
- Strong ability to work with children with various speech and language needs
- Skilled in creating individualized therapy plans and monitoring progress
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Current state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations is highly valued
