We run daily live auction shows featuring NeeDoh, LamaTama, Squishy Bun, Scrunchems and other collectible toys, and we ship every order the same day from our shop in Southern Oregon. We are growing from one live show a day to three and building the team that makes it happen. Small crew, clear roles, real numbers on the wall. Job Summary We are hiring a Live Stream Sales Host to run one live Whatnot show every day. You will be on camera for a five-hour show, selling collectible toys through live auctions and Surprise Sets, working the chat, and turning viewers into buyers and followers. This is a performance role for someone who is energetic, quick, and comfortable talking to a live audience for hours at a time. No live-selling experience is required; we will train you on the platform, the products, and our show format. Responsibilities Host one live Whatnot show per day (about five hours on air), following our show agenda from the warm-up segment through the closing segment Run live auctions and Surprise Set wheels, read and respond to chat, take viewer requests, and keep the show moving at our target pace of orders per hour Promote the show throughout: ask viewers to share the show, welcome and thank new followers, and invite viewers to join our Lama Tama Club community Before each show: Understand the show agenda, communicate needs, and show up with high energy. After each show: capture the show analytics, raid out to a partner seller, thank the moderator, complete an after action report, and help line out the packager. Hand off sold orders to your Packager and keep the set clean and camera-ready Meet the show targets posted in the shop for orders per hour, average order value, new followers, and average watch time Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older (required by Whatnot) Comfortable and engaging on camera for extended periods; able to talk, read chat, and handle product at the same time Clear speaking voice and high energy that holds up for a five-hour show Reliable and punctual; the show goes live at the scheduled minute every day Basic smartphone skills; able to learn the Whatnot app and Seller Hub with training Willing to learn our product lines and speak about them knowledgeably Preferred Qualifications Experience in live streaming, sales, retail, hosting, performing, or customer-facing work Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok Shop, or other live-selling platforms Interest in collectible toys, blind-box collectibles, or fidget and sensory toys Physical Requirements Standing or seated on camera for up to five hours at a time; handling product and boxes up to 50 pounds; working under studio lighting. Schedule Five days per week, six-hour shifts (30 hours per week). Shifts are built around the daily live show; exact show times are set by the Operations Manager. Currently Monday through Friday. May include Saturday work when needed. Pay and Benefits $18 - $22 per hour. Paid sick time and Paid Leave Oregon as required by Oregon law. Paid every other week.
