What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apple Picker position at Little Farmer?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: During August-October this position is hand picking
apples off of trees. Most of the picking is done standing on the ground.
If comfortable on a ladder there is some ladder picking, and possible
platform picking. When picking you carry a front facing bag to place the
apples in as you pick them off the tree. The bag is then carefully
emptied in to a large bin that is moved to the location via tractor.
When pumpkins have become ripe there will be some days where you would
be picking pumpkins from our fields not open to the public, loading them
on a trailer, and then displaying them on our grounds open to the
