Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Childcare Worker role based in Little Falls, MN. The Childcare Worker will be responsible for supervising and caring for children, ensuring their safety, and fostering their development. Responsibilities include creating and organizing engaging activities, managing group dynamics, providing emotional support to children, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Childcare Worker will also collaborate with parents, educators, and staff to support the holistic growth and well-being of children under their care.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Childcare, including providing safe and nurturing environments for children.
- Ability to work effectively with children of various age groups, demonstrating empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Training and Event Planning to create and deliver engaging and educational activities for children.
- Background in Social Services, with an understanding of child development and family dynamics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or related degree is preferred.
