New Starting Wages: $19.09 per hour

Make a difference while serving others! We are seeking compassionate and reliable Dietary Aides to join our team and help provide quality dining experiences for our residents. This is a great role for someone who enjoys teamwork, serving others, and a positive work environment.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift — 80 hours per pay period, 6am - 2:30pm (includes every other weekend)
About the Role
As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal preparation and service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. You’ll play an important role in promoting nutrition, dignity, and quality of care for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and serving trays
- Deliver food carts and set up dining areas
- Ensure accurate meal portions and diet orders
- Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow infection control and food safety procedures
- Provide friendly service to residents and team members
Qualifications
- No experience required — we will train!
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and respect for residents
- Basic understanding of food safety helpful
