Duties

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils thoroughly using proper cleaning techniques.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing areas by following sanitation standards and safety protocols.
• Help with basic food handling tasks in compliance with health regulations to support kitchen staff.
• Restock supplies like dish soap, towels, and cleaning tools to keep the area organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely cleanup during busy service hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key.
• Basic understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
