- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Conduct age-appropriate lessons focused on classroom management, classroom experience, and childcare best practices to promote active participation and learning.
- Use effective communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists in areas such as childhood development and child welfare.
- Manage classroom activities and routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and daycare practices.
- Assess children’s progress through observations and standardized testing; tailor instruction accordingly to support individual growth.
- Plan and execute activities that foster social skills, physical development, literacy skills, and foundational math concepts suitable for preschoolers and toddlers.
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention techniques, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and supports diverse learning styles.
- Prior experience with preschool experience or private school settings is preferred.
