Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum development principles
- Support classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by managing classroom organization and behavior management strategies
- Engage with children individually or in small groups to support their learning needs, including working with children with disabilities or special educational needs
- Implement learning technology tools and LMS (Learning Management Systems) to enhance instructional delivery and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists on instructional design, early childhood development practices, and behavior management techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and developmental milestones
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or childcare settings; private school experience is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development theories such as Montessori or other educational philosophies
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education methods
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies using learning technology tools and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated commitment to early childhood education principles such as behavior management and childcare best practices
