Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to diverse learning needs, including early intervention and special education strategies
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress through standardized testing, informal evaluations, and ongoing observations
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student needs, including those requiring additional support or tutoring
- Maintain detailed records of student development, attendance, and academic achievements
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and holistic development
- Incorporate classroom management techniques that promote discipline, respect, and active participation
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum innovation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe environment for children in daycare or preschool settings
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Experience with curriculum development across early childhood education levels
- Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers

- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues
