Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Monitor children’s health, hygiene, and nutrition needs, including diapering, feeding, and nap routines
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Support positive behavior management strategies to foster cooperation and emotional regulation
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for children
