Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards such as Montessori or preschool frameworks
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and positive interactions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support classroom management strategies to promote respectful behavior and cooperation among children
- Engage children in literacy education, math activities, and early childhood development exercises tailored to their age groups
- Work closely with children with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or other developmental challenges
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences
- Participate in ongoing training related to childcare best practices, behavior management, and curriculum development
Preferable Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management, and working with individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to plan age-appropriate lessons focusing on literacy education, math skills, and overall curriculum development
- Experience in toddler care, preschool environments, or Montessori methods is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work patiently and compassionately with young children of diverse backgrounds
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is expected
