Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate assistant to support our educational team in providing a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children, particularly those between the ages between 6 weeks to 5 years. The Assistant will play a crucial role in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management, ensuring that each student receives the individualized attention they require to thrive. We will provide all training.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Support students in classroom activities, promoting an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing strategies that promote positive interactions.
- Provide communication between students, parents, and other teachers
- Participate in curriculum development and adapt materials as necessary for diverse learners.
- Provide assistance in daycare settings when required, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- You will be expected to clean and keep things sanitized according to state rules
- You will be serving food, you will be required to follow state rules for food safety
- Indoor and outdoor safety rules and guidelines must be followed
- Potty training & diaper changes
