Duties
- Lead structured swimming lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Ensure the safety of all participants.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence in the water
- Incorporate fun and motivating activities that engage students and promote physical activity.
- Learn and follow the LDSA curriculum.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings.
- Comfortable in and around swimming and swimming pools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate diverse learners
- Ability to demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions
