In this energetic role, you will deliver engaging, safe, and effective swimming lessons to children and adults, fostering a love for water safety and aquatic skills. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a positive environment that encourages growth, skill development, and lifelong fitness habits. Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic swim lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
• Ensure the safety of the students you teach.
• Teach assigned curriculum.
• Communicate clearly with students goals, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to improve lesson quality and participate in ongoing training sessions

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in sports-specific training instruction such as swimming, martial arts (e.g., Karate, Judo), cheerleading or climbing are advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively teach children and adults of diverse backgrounds
• Certification in AED operation and basic first aid; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable upon hire
• Experience working with children or in childcare settings is desirable
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive learning environments
• Enthusiasm for working with students of all ages with patience, energy, and motivation
