Role Description
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and dependable educators to join our family in Fairhope. As a Daycare Teacher or Nursery Worker, you won’t just be "watching" children—you’ll be shaping minds. You will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare, supporting social and emotional growth, and implementing age-appropriate activities that make learning fun
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to our Fairhope location.
- Must be available for shifts scheduled between 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility or preschool setting.
- A genuine love for working with children and a patient, nurturing-first attitude.
- Basic understanding of early childhood developmental stages.
