What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drug and Alcohol Behavioral Health Tech (7pm-7am) position at Little Creek Lodge?
Seeking a reliable, trainable individual to work as a Drug and Alcohol Residential Care Worker at an inpatient rehab for men. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the implementation of daily programing schedule, ensuring Resident participation in all programming activities, facilitation of 12-Step groups and lectures, safe transportation of Residents to outside meetings and medical appointments, documentation and communication of pertinent clinical, scheduling, and medical issues, performance of random and routine UA’s and breathalyzer tests, and above all, ensuring the safety of Residents at all times.
Must be reliable, resourceful, teachable, able to multi-task, work well as part of a team, and have a genuine desire to help others. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Must be eligible for coverage by company's auto insurance in order to operate fleet vehicles.
Will be at minimum 36 hours per week, plus shift differential, generally 7pm-7am shifts with the opportunity for growth.

Qualifications for the position of Residential Care Worker:
(1) High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent
(2) Working knowledge of 12-Step recovery/treatment philosophy
(3) Must possess a desire to help others
(4) Valid driver's license
(5) Become CPR/First Aid certified
