The Role
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of The Little Coterie Shop. You bring warmth, curiosity, and confidence to every interaction—engaging customers, sharing the stories behind our products, and creating an elevated yet welcoming in-store experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes initiative, and thrives in a beautifully curated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Confidently sell and speak to the craftsmanship, story, and value behind our products
- Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Take initiative on the sales floor—anticipating needs, restocking, and maintaining visual standards
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties and POS transactions
- Keep the shop looking polished, organized, and inviting at all times
- Assist with merchandising, product styling, and light operational tasks as needed
