Little Champs ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team at our newly opened center. You'll work in a dedicated center-based setting, collaborate with experienced BCBAs, and help children build meaningful skills in a structured learning environment.
We're looking for a caring, dependable RBT who enjoys working with children and wants to grow in the ABA field. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, ongoing learning, and making a real difference for the families we serve.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
Provide individualized, center-based ABA therapy
Help clients develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to support client progress
Participate in ongoing training and clinical development
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to helping children develop independence and reach their goals
