Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, cash handling, and retail transactions
- Lead crew members in delivering excellent customer service through upselling and sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment operation and sanitation practices
- Oversee cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team training on food preparation, POS systems, and food safety standards to enhance overall performance
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in food industry operations
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and food handling procedures
- Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems such as Aloha or Micros preferred
- Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and maintaining a clean workspace under pressure
- Customer service background with skills in upselling, sales, and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
