Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety protocols
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling
• Assist with food handling, cashiering, bussing tables, and general food service duties to support team efficiency
• Drive sales through upselling techniques and promote menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Maintain accurate cash registers, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and handle cash responsibly
• Enforce food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices in compliance with industry regulations
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when needed
• Foster a positive work environment by coaching team members on best practices in food industry standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and increase sales through customer engagement
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to teamwork and guest interaction

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
