Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items following established recipes and safety standards, including pizza assembly and other menu offerings
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards to ensure food safety
- Assist in food preparation tasks like dough stretching, topping application, and oven operation to ensure timely service
- Support upselling efforts by suggesting additional menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant experience or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
