Position Summary
The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.
Essential Functions

As a Crew Member, you will:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone
- Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
- Adapt to different responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $12 per hour – $13 per hour
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Work Environment
