Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, following health and safety regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy for customers.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the store.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
