Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and service stations.
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle retail sales transactions, and balance registers at shift end.
• Assist with food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Support team members with bussing tables, serving customers, and ensuring quick service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety standards diligently.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
