Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot, fresh pizza and menu items according to Little Caesars standards
- Provide fast, friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers: supervise crew members and delegate tasks during shifts
- Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers: handle cash management, inventory, and daily operations
- Uphold food safety and quality control standards at all times
Requirements:
- No experience necessary for Crew positions — we will train the right candidates!
- Prior quick service restaurant (QSR) or food service experience preferred for leadership roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Assistant Manager candidates should have prior supervisory or management experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
