Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food production.
• Manage customer transactions by processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction through friendly recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and kitchen stations.
• Assist in food handling, serving, and ensuring all health regulations are followed diligently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation standards rigorously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Food safety management knowledge or willingness to learn about proper food handling procedures.
