Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time In-Store Assistant
• Pay: $12–$14.00/hour (Show your drive, and growth opportunities await!)
• Hours: 40 hours/week (Must be available for opening, nights, and weekends)
• Mission: Support the General Manager, tackle tasks, and build a winning store system.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
• Train and mentor staff on food preparation techniques, POS systems (including Aloha POS), and best practices for efficient kitchen management.
• Support the implementation of catering services and special events as needed.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and food management practices.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
